Founded in 2004, Luxurious Loft Interiors was born out of the need for Gerard Egbuje-Swarbrick, the company's owner, to furnish his own properties. With over a decade in the UK furniture market he used his contacts to source good quality, UK manufactured furniture and matched this with  complimentary furniture packages.

Gerard recognised the need for investors to realise a return on their properties as soon as possible and put together a team of professional fitters headed up by Project Manager Jo Thomson. The team can be on-site from 10 days from the date of order.

Our prestigious clients who vary from letting agents through to property developers and house builders value this 'no fuss' service. Our speciality is volume fittings targeted at builders, developers and investors with properties in the UK and Cyprus and our prices reflect this however recognising the needs of the smaller investor we have a specialist team to work with you on an individual property basis as required.

Every few weeks we hold open days at one of the sites that we are fitting out, to enable clients to view the products in-situ. A consultation lasts around 30 minutes and enables us to find the right package to suit the client's needs.
